HEALTH COACHING TRAINING CLASSES

Join the first class for free.

Our courses for health coaching and holistic health requires from students to learn by practicing self-healing. All Students are required to improve and work with their health as patients at the same time.

Our current Health Coach Trainning Course Schedule is:

Saturdays from 11 am - 1 pm

YOGA CLASSES

Exercise-for-Health month cards for purchase.
The more you exercise, the less you pay.

Oregon House Studio:

at 13331 Rices Crossing Rd.

Tuesdays and Thursdays: 12:30 pm

$12.00 walk in class (reservation required)

$40.00 for 4 classes 1 class/week you pay $10/class, and

$70.00 for 8 classes 2 classes/week you pay $9/class

classes need to be taken whithin a month from date of purchase

Yuba City Studio:

at 1528 Plumas Court - 1st floor - (at Spa Therapy Wellnes Center)

Wednesdays at 5:30 pm
Fridays and Saturdays at 10:00 am

$12.00 walk in class
$40.00 for 4 classes - 1 class/week you pay $40 ($10/class)
$70.00 for 8 classes - 2 classes/week you pay $72* ($9/class)
3 classes/week you pay $90* ($7.50/class)
